How long does it take to receive my order?
Made to order and custom items are manufactured in our ATABEY STUDIO and ship within 10-14 business days. In stock items will ship in 1-3 or 3-5 business days. Check product page or contact us for estimated delivery times.
Can I expedite my order by choosing expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping begins once the order is complete. Items that are made to order will ship via expedited shipping once production time is complete. Production time is generally 10-14 BUSINESS days. *During Holidays we try to rush this processes, follow our instagram for news*
How can I rush my order?
If you would like to rush the production time on an order please contact us thru live chat Monday-Friday from 8:00am-7:00pm. A customer service team member will make sure your requested time frame is possible. Once approved to 1-6 business days from your ordered date. Rush orders DO NOT expedite the shipping process, Only production time. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping. Can I add rush shipping?
