• Made to order and custom items: These items are meticulously crafted in our ATABEY Studio. Please allow 10-14 business days for production and processing.
• In stock items: If your desired item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 or 3-5 business days, depending on availability. You can check the product page or contact us for estimated delivery times.

2. Expedited Shipping:

• Can I expedite my order by choosing expedited shipping? Yes, you can! Expedited shipping will begin once the order is complete.
• For items that are made to order, they will be eligible for expedited shipping once the production time of 10-14 BUSINESS days is complete.
• Please note that during holidays, we make an extra effort to expedite the production process. Be sure to follow our Instagram for updates.

3. Rushing Your Order:

• How can I rush my order? If you need your order to arrive sooner, please reach out to our customer service team via live chat. We're available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Our team will assess the feasibility of your requested timeframe. If approved, your order's production time can be expedited to 1-6 business days from your ordered date.
• Rush orders focus on expediting the production time and do not affect the shipping process. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.
• Rush orders guarantee that your item will be ready to ship within 1-6 business days instead of the standard 2-14 business days.
• Keep in mind that during holidays, we strive to expedite all orders. Follow our Instagram @atabeyjewelry for updates, such as "order today and ships tomorrow."

4. Adding Rush Shipping:

• Yes, you can add rush shipping to your order. Simply select this option at checkout.
• Please be aware that choosing rush shipping does not guarantee that your shipment will be processed on the same day. We still adhere to our allotted production times.

5. International Shipping:

• Do you offer international shipping? Absolutely! We provide international shipping to most countries.
