RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ATABEY, every piece is carefully selected, created, or produced with intention. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, materials, measurements, sizing information, production timelines, and photographs before completing your purchase.
RETURNS
Eligible, non-final-sale items may be requested for return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
  • Unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • Free from scratches, damage, odors, cosmetics, or other signs of wear.
  • Returned with all original ATABEY packaging, pouches, boxes, cards, and any promotional items included with the purchase.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.
A return must be authorized by ATABEY before it is shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. ATABEY reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, except where otherwise required by applicable law:
  • Made-to-order jewelry.
  • Personalized or customized pieces, including names, initials, engravings, custom sizing, or other modifications requested by the customer.
  • Bespoke or custom-designed jewelry.
  • Earrings and other items designated as final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items specifically marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.
  • Clearance or liquidation merchandise when identified as final sale.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, resized, damaged, or improperly cared for after delivery.
Because made-to-order pieces are produced specifically in response to an individual order, production time alone does not make an item eligible for return or refund. Estimated production and shipping timelines are disclosed separately and should be reviewed before purchasing.
CURATED BY ATABEY
Certain pieces offered by ATABEY are carefully sourced and selected rather than exclusively designed or manufactured by ATABEY. These pieces may be identified as Curated by ATABEY in their product descriptions.
Unless otherwise marked as Final Sale, eligible Curated by ATABEY pieces may be returned according to the conditions of this policy.
Variations inherent to materials, finishes, stones, handcrafted processes, or small-batch production are not necessarily considered defects.
STORE CREDIT & REFUNDS
Approved returns will be processed according to the return option applicable to the item at the time of purchase.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless ATABEY determines that an incorrect or defective item was received.
If a refund is approved to the original payment method, processing times after issuance may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If you believe you received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before delivery, contact ATABEY Customer Care as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs or video showing the item, packaging, and affected area.
ATABEY will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, fading or gradual loss of plating, damage caused by water or chemicals, improper storage, accidents, misuse, or failure to follow jewelry care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for securely packaging authorized returns.
ATABEY is not responsible for return packages lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged while in transit to us when the customer selected or arranged the return shipment, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping service for valuable merchandise.
INSPECTION OF RETURNS
Receiving a returned package does not automatically constitute acceptance of the return.
All returned items are subject to inspection. If an item does not satisfy the eligibility requirements of this policy, ATABEY may decline the return or, where appropriate and permitted by law, deduct an amount reflecting damage, missing packaging, or diminished value.
EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
