CANCELLATION POLICY
At ATABEY Jewelry, we begin processing orders as soon as possible. Because our collection may include in-stock items, made-to-order pieces, custom products, and pre-orders, cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of purchase.
1. Regular Orders
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order.
We may cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed, prepared, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has entered preparation or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, any subsequent request will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Made-to-order, personalized, modified, or specially produced pieces may enter production shortly after the order is placed.
Once production, manufacturing, personalization, material sourcing, or any other process related to creating the piece has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
Deposits, design fees, personalization costs, manufacturing costs, or amounts corresponding to work already performed may be non-refundable, where permitted by applicable law.
Custom items and certain pieces made specifically for the customer may be considered final sale. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for additional information.
3. Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment and may be awaiting manufacturing, production, or restocking.
Any production or availability timeframe displayed on the product page is an estimate and may be subject to reasonable changes due to production schedules, material availability, quality control, transportation, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
A pre-order may be canceled only if the product has not yet entered production, preparation, or order-specific processing.
Once any such process has begun, the pre-order cannot be canceled.
If a pre-order has already been shipped, any return or refund request will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website and include:
- The name used to place the order
- Your order number
- The email address associated with the order
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the current status of your order.
5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
When a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After a refund has been issued by ATABEY Jewelry, processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution and are outside of our control.
Processing fees, production costs, personalization fees, design services, services already performed, or other costs that are legally non-refundable may be excluded from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
6. Cancellations by ATABEY Jewelry
ATABEY Jewelry reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order when there is a legitimate reason to do so, including but not limited to:
Obvious pricing or inventory errors, inability to manufacture or supply a product, product or material unavailability, reasonable suspicion of fraud, payment verification issues, or circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If ATABEY Jewelry cancels a paid item that has not been delivered, the applicable amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.
7. Relationship to Other Policies
This Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
